3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup milk
1 cup uncooked rice (brown or white)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Shredded cheddar
Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl, combine milk, rice, soup and seasoned salt. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Add chicken.
Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake approximately 90 minutes
Uncover and add cheese and bake for last 15 minutes.
