from Real Mom Kitchen
1 lb ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
2-3 cups shredded cheddar or mexican blend
1/2 cup diced tomatoes (I used 3 medium sized ones)
1/4 cup sliced black olives, optional
4 green onions, chopped, optional
Heat oven to 375.
Brown beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and mix together.
Unroll crescent rolls into rectangles onto jelly roll pan (or a big cookie sheet, really). Press dough over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
Microwave beans in microwave safe bowl. Spread over warm crust creating a thin layer.
Top with cooked beef, sprinkle with cheese followed by tomatoes, olives and green onions.
Return to oven for 3-6 minutes until cheese is melted.
Yum city!
