Crepes

2 cups flour
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter

In large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine. Add salt and butter; beat until smooth.

Heat a slightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop batter onto pan using approx 1/4 cup batter for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so the batter coats the surface evenly.

Cook each crepe for about 2 minutes until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, flip and cook other side. Serve hot.

I put butter and maple syrup inside, then roll it up and top with powdered sugar. Some people use fruit. And you can google crepes to get other ideas. All I know is they are yummy.
