15 Minute Rice and Taco Skillet



1 lb ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups water
2 cups instant white (or brown) rice, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes

Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

Add taco seasoning and water; bring to a boil.

Stir in rice; sprinkle with cheese; cover. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Top with lettuce and tomatoes right before serving.

SO easy. Serves about 4.
